About the hotel - Nord Karakol, Karakol

Nord Karakol is an apartment format without fuss: only 7 rooms, intimate atmosphere, silence and privacy. Here, a minimum of contact with staff and maximum comfort is a worthy alternative to classic hotels.

We have designed the space so that the guests can feel comfortable both together and as a family: spacious rooms, flexible configuration of beds and the possibility of family accommodation.

For your comfort: Wi-Fi, concierge services and free parking.

Each room has a kitchenette - you can relax at your own pace, without being tied to schedules. The kitchenette includes a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery — convenient if you take food with you or order delivery.

And to make the morning start easy, we deliver breakfast directly to your room — this is especially convenient for families, guests who value privacy, and early checkouts.

Booking cancellation	The cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected tariff. The exact dates of the free cancellation, possible deductions, and no-show rules are displayed at the time of booking and in the confirmation.

Cancellation policy

1. Registration and confirmation
The booking is considered confirmed after successful registration on the website and receipt of confirmation.

2. Payment and warranty
The terms of payment depend on the fare: some fares require an advance payment, while others require payment upon arrival. The total price and conditions are displayed at the booking step.

3. Booking changes
Changing dates, room categories, and guest details is possible upon request and subject to availability. The cost may change when the dates or the tariff change.

4. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation rules are set by the tariff. In case of cancellation, a refund (or deduction) is made according to the terms of the selected tariff specified at the time of booking and in the confirmation.

5. No-show
If the guest did not check in on the day of arrival and did not notify in advance, the reservation may be cancelled, and the retention conditions apply according to the tariff.
